Regretting purchase

Danish consumer law states that the consumer has 14 days right to return the products after he has received the goods.

Homoware however gives 30 days right to return the products, so you can exam the products leisurely to see if you got what you wanted and needed.

After receiving the goods, unpack them and possibly feel them, but in order to uphold to your right to return, the products and package must be in a condition that allows them to be sold again. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer the right to return for products for intimate use.
If the product packaging has been opened the right of return is revoked. If we evaluate that the product has been used in a way that it can’t be sold again or it has suffered a loss in value, only the difference between the new selling price and purchase price is refunded to you.

You need to pay the freight back to Homoware. We will refund the purchase as soon as we have received the goods.

The refund can be made by returning the amount:
- To the payment card used on purchase
- To your bank account

We provide a 24-month warranty on all the products purchased from Homoware under the Danish consumer law.

The warranty does not cover failures or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, excessive force, poor maintenance or tampering.

Complaints about the defects must be addressed to Homoware within reasonable time after the defect was discover or should have been discovered. Homoware covers the shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Before taking any action concerning defect or missing products please contact our customer service for us to arrange the return process for you.

Refund is usually done to your credit card. In case a refund can’t be made to credit card, we return the money to your bank account for which your account number and bank details are needed for an international bank transfer.


If you have bought a product in the wrong size or colour we can exchange it for you.

All you have to do is contact our customer service. They'll help you to find the best solution in your case.

Please note that the desired size or colour might not be on stock thus a waiting time might occur before we can ship the product to you. The customer service will inform you on the possible waiting time.

To return the product you must pay for the shipping costs. Once we have received the returned item we will send the replacing product usually free of charge.

Packaging error

Humans can make mistakes although we do our best to minimize packaging errors.

If you have been unfortunate to suffer from packaging error please contact our customer service and we will find the best solution for you. Naturally Homoware covers the occurring transportation costs for the mistake.
