At the top of Xtreme 4-in-1 is a ring you can pull in (possibly put a leash on) and just below this ring sits clamps for the penis. These clamps are adjusted by hand screws and can be adjusted in 6 lengths from the butt plug 18.5 cm up to 23.5 cm by means of a wing nut.

At the center of Xtreme 4-in-1 you will find ball devider and ball clamps. Where you can spilt and stretch the balls around the central axis before you squeeze them making them ready to heavy ballplay.

At the very back is a 10 cm butt plug with a diameter of 3.5 cm.
All three parts can be removed and put on as needed. So if you only use the butt plug and for example. the penis clamp can disconnect the ball devider.
