What makes these gloves great is that you can still use your hands, so you can go from headspace to holding your drink without taking off your gloves. The front of the gloves is made of strong leather with neoprene padding on the underside. This makes them super comfortable, especially when you're on all fours.

The left paw is marked with an L mark and when you put on the gloves the index finger should go into the elastic on the slightly curved piece on the left. The little finger should then go into the elastic on the right side. Wrap the elastic wrist strap around your wrist twice and fasten it to the Velcro closure.
