Returns & Cancellation Rights

Cancelled Orders / Right of Withdrawal

Danish consumer law grants you 14 days to return a product after receiving it.

Homoware goes beyond this legal requirement and offers 30 days return, so you can calmly decide if the product meets your expectations.

You may receive, unpack, and even try the product, but to exercise your return right, the item must be in a condition suitable for resale. Returns do not apply to intimate products for hygiene reasons – opening the packaging voids the return/exchange right.
If we determine that the product has been used to an extent that prevents resale or has lost value, only the difference between your purchase price and the new sale price will be refunded.

You are responsible for return shipping costs to Homoware. We refund your purchase as soon as the returned item is received.

You may choose from the following refund methods:
- Back to the payment card used for the purchase
- Bank transfer to your account
- Payment to MobilePay

To exercise your return right, use one of the following options:

- Use a standard form, e.g., this one and send it to us.

We never accept COD (cash on delivery) shipments.

Complaints / Warranty

We provide a 24-month warranty on all items purchased at Homoware in accordance with Danish law.

The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or wear caused directly or indirectly by misuse, violence, poor maintenance, or unauthorized interventions.

Complaints regarding defects must be reported to Homoware.com within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Homoware.com covers reasonable return shipping costs for warranty cases.

For defects, missing items, or delivery issues, please contact our customer service before returning the product, so we can agree on the next steps together.

Homoware does not accept COD shipments.

Refunds are normally issued to your payment card. If you have changed bank or received a new card, a bank transfer may be required, in which case we need your account details.

Exchange

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, we offer exchanges so you can get a product you are satisfied with.

Simply fill out our return form. Our customer service will then contact you and arrange the next steps.

Note that the desired size/color may not be in stock, which could result in a delay. Customer service will inform you.

You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the product, we usually send the correct size/color at no extra cost.

We never accept COD shipments.

Package Errors

We are all human, and package errors can happen – we acknowledge that.

If you are unlucky and experience a package error, contact our customer service, and we will find the best solution – Homoware always covers any additional shipping costs related to package errors.
