Shipping

We do everything possible to ensure your privacy when it comes to shipping.

We always use our company name, HarinWeb, as the sender, and your order is shipped in discreet brown or white packaging.

However, we cannot offer shipping without a return address, as any misdeliveries must be able to be returned to us.

Your bank statement

Just like with shipping, your bank statement will simply show "HarinWeb" if you pay by card.
If you pay with MobilePay, the statement will show "Homoware.com" – unfortunately, this cannot be changed.

Data security

You can always request to know what information we have registered about you, and we also offer to delete you from our customer records once your order has been shipped. To make use of this option, please note it in the comment field when placing your order.

We never send unsolicited mail or emails. The only messages you will receive from Homoware are emails or SMS related to your purchase, and possibly a short follow-up on your satisfaction about a week later.

Your customer information will never be shared with unauthorized parties, and all names and email addresses are always encrypted directly in our systems.
