Right of Withdrawal

Products purchased from Homoware.com can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You must notify us within 30 days from the date of receipt if you wish to withdraw from the purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal/exchange, you must inform HarinWeb before returning the item. This can be done by filling out our online form at: https://www.homoware.com/pages/returnform/ or by completing and submitting a standard withdrawal form (printable here: https://www.retsinformation.dk/forms/R0710.aspx?id=160666#Bil3) to customer service at info@homoware.com

If you refuse delivery or do not pick up your package, shipping costs for the purchase and any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can see your shipping costs on the invoice sent to the email address used during checkout when the package is dispatched from our warehouse.

Partial Withdrawal

If you have purchased multiple items in a single order, you may return one or more items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for partial returns.

If you received free shipping, a free product, or other discounts conditional on a minimum purchase value, and this is no longer met after returning part of the order, the value of the discount, the gift (if not returned), and/or shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returning Items

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. When returning an item, it must be properly packaged, and you bear the risk from the moment the item is delivered.

Condition of Items When Returning

Intimate Products

You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Intimate products that have been used after opening the seal will be considered fully diminished in value. To receive a full refund, the seal must remain intact.

Non-Intimate Products

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functionality of the item. In other words, you can try the product as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond this, it will be considered used, and your refund may be reduced or withheld depending on the commercial value of the item.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will naturally receive a refund of the amount paid. Any reduction in value for which you are responsible will be deducted. You will be informed of any deductions before the refund is issued.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Complaints

The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to purchased items. All items purchased from Homoware.com come with a 24-month warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers defects found during normal use. You may choose repair, exchange, a refund, or a price reduction depending on the situation.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention.

Complaints must be reported to Homoware.com within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered. Homoware.com covers reasonable return costs in connection with complaints.

Please note that Homoware.com does not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

For cancellations of pre-ordered, returned, or defective items, the agreed amount will be refunded to the card used for payment. If this is not possible, the amount will be refunded to a bank account, and we will require your account number and bank code.

Privacy Policy

We require the following information when you shop with us: name, address, phone number, and email address.

We register and process personal data necessary to deliver the products to you.

All personal information collected on homoware.com is never transferred, sold, or made available to anyone other than Homoware's trusted employees and partners. For ViaBill installment payments, additional information is provided directly to ViaBill and is not shared with Homoware.com.

Personal data is stored by HarinWeb ApS for five years and then deleted.

We also cooperate with other companies that store and process data solely on our behalf.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that provide sufficient data protection.

The data controller for Homoware.com is HarinWeb ApS.

You have the right to know what information we process about you and to request corrections or deletion where applicable.

Our newsletter, Club Homoware, is offered to all visitors to homoware.com. By signing up, you will receive news and offers from Homoware. You can unsubscribe at any time. Points accrued in Club Homoware can be used for discounts or special purchases, and are reset if you unsubscribe.

Club Homoware

If you are a member of Club Homoware and earn points on each order (while logged in), points are valid for 36 months. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for discounts on future orders or selected products. Newsletter frequency is approximately twice a month. Unsubscribing will reset your points.

Minors Under 18

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Homoware.com. If under 18, parental consent is required.

Payment

Credit Card and MobilePay

Credit card payments online are fully secure. Transactions are processed via a secured server to PBS. You can see the security status in your browser’s lock icon. Only the amount authorized is charged when the items are shipped. No additional fees are applied for card payments.

Reservation of Amount

For international cards, the amount is reserved until the payment is captured upon shipment, or released by the card issuer.

ViaBill Installments

ViaBill allows you to receive your order first and pay monthly on the 20th. Late payments incur a fee of DKK 39. Withdrawal cancels the agreement with ViaBill. Purchases over DKK 2,000 are financed via SparXpress. More info: www.viabill.com/kredit.

Bank Transfer

You may pay by bank transfer. Orders are reserved for 5 business days until payment is received. Bank transfers are not covered by dispute protection.

Delivery

Orders are always shipped in discreet packaging via Post Danmark. Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

In-stock orders placed before 6 PM are shipped the same day. Orders after 6 PM, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery times are usually next-day (PostNord targets: 97% on letters, 99% on parcels). Bornholm and certain small islands may require two days.

International customers are responsible for checking import regulations in their country. Homoware.com is not responsible for customs delays.

Shipping Costs

Orders over DKK 600: free shipping in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. Orders under DKK 600: from DKK 39.

You can order safely – all orders are sent discreetly with Harin-Web as sender. No reference to "Homoware" appears on the packaging. Payments via credit card will show Harin-Web as the merchant. MobilePay payments will show homoware.com.
