Discrete billing and packaging

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packaging. The name Homoware will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging. No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on the outer packaging.

Your credit or debit card statement will show only the name 'Attract'.

Returns Policy

If you have ordered something in error, or decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement or refund within 14 days after delivery.

For hygiene reasons Homoware will under no circumstances accept returns of adult toys if they have been opened and or used.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debet cards. You also have the opportunity to pay by bank transfer. For your discretion your credit or debit card statement will show only the name 'Attract'. Payment by credit card is safe and all your card data are handled by a secure encrypted server connection.

Day-to-Day Delivery

All orders received Monday to Friday before 3pm will be shipped that day guaranteed. If your order is placed after 3pm, in Danish national holidays or in a weekend, it will be shipped the next working day.

When your order is ready for dispatch you will receive information about the shipment as well as your invoice by e-mail only.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer we will ship the items the same day the payment is registered on our accounts (international bank transfer may take up to a few days to be processed)

Price & Quality

We have over 25 suppliers whom we monitor diligently. We chose only the best quality at sensible prices. We monitor our competitors closely to make sure you get the best price.

We respect your privacy, and your personal information will never be passed onto others, except your address information which is passed on to the currier in order to ship your order. When you shop with Homoware, we ask for limited personal information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, product selections, credit card or other payment information in order to complete your shopping.

Homoware is rated in top-10 of all Danish online shops on the independent survey site trustpilot.dk, which is your guarantee for the best possible service.

Shipping outside EU.

Costumers outside the EU are requested to check that the items purchased are legal in their country before placing the order.

Certain anynominsed information regarding the purchased products may be placed outside the package in order to complete customs clearance. These will never include any details regarding the purchase (no titles nor the name Homoware will be mentioned). E.g. movies will be listed only as "DVDs" and a tariff number. The same applies for all other items.

Other important information

All models are above 18. Homoware cannot be hold responsible for sold out items are typing errors on the webpage. Any use of products purchased at Homoware is on your own responsibility, and Homoware cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damages in case these occur.
