Return policy

If you for some reason should have ordered something in error or decided that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement or refund within 14 days after receiving the order.

It items should be in resellable condition to be valid for a refund, and with sex-related products, we can't due to the hygiene, offer the return policy if the product has been used.

You can annul a order in one of the following ways:
- Refuse to receive the package.
- Send the item back to Homoware, Larsbjoernsstraede 11, kld, DK-1454 Copenhagen K, Denmark. Please enclose a copy of the invoice so we know where to refund the purchase.

Pay methods

Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, VISA and MasterCard

All credit card and debit card transactions on Homoware.com are completely safe. All the data is encrypted and handled by the Nets.eu. No information about your credit card is sent to us and we can only charge your card the amount you approve.

Bank transfer

It is possible to pay for your order via bank transfer. If you want to complete an order and pay by bank transfer, please select 'Bank Transfer' in the payment options. In the confirmation email, we'll send you detailed info as to how to complete the bank transfer. Please allow 2-3 business days for the bank transfer to be visible on your bank account. We ship the same business day as we get the bank transfer.

Delivery

Your order will always be delivered in discrete packaging. All orders are shipped using the postal system either as a parcel or letter. The actual shipping costs are calculated automatically when you add products to the basket and will always be visible on the order confirmation and on the invoice.Once we've packed your order, you'll receive an email with your invoice and information about your delivery. If you've chosen delivery as a parcel you'll receive a track'n'trace-code as well. You can track you parcel on www.postdanmark.dk.

Warranty and faulty products

If a product is defect upon arrival, damaged during transport or if we've sent the wrong product please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We can't offer support on DVDs or other electronic media. If you want additional information about a product, we'll be happy to provide this by email or phone.

Personal information

Harin-Web only stores information needed to complete your order - including name, address and products ordered. To continue to be able to service you in the future, this information is stored in a secure database at HarinWeb, and all identifying information are stored in encrypted form. All information are handled with strict care and will never by given or sold to any third party. You can at any time asked to be deleted from our customer database just by contacting us by email or phone.

International shipments

International customers carry themselves the responsibility to inquire the local authorities in regards whether products are legal in the country or not.

On shipments outside the EU, like Norway and Greenland, due to customs regulations, we may need to place information on the parcel about the products. We try in every possible way to make this information as anonymous as possible and never mentioning Homoware. E.g. a film will be marked as a DVD with the appropriate customs number but the title will never be shown.

Other important information

All models are above 18 years of age. Homoware cannot be hold responsible for sold out items or typing errors on the webpage. Any use of products purchased at Homoware is at your own responsibility, and Homoware cannot be held responsible in the case of injury or damage.

Discretion

Rest assured - all orders from Homoware.com will always be shipped discretely. The word Homoware, Sex or other revealing words will never appear on your parcel. We send using our discrete company name, HarinWeb.
If you pay by credit- or debit card, our company name will appear on your statement, but never Homoware.com

We send all orders using anonymous white envelopes or brown boxes and only the required information to get the order to you will appear on the box/envelope.

Delivery day-to-day

All orders are shipped from our store in central Copenhagen, Denmark the same business day if ordered before 18:00.

If an order is received on a business day after 18:00 or in a weekend or public holiday, the order will be processed the first following business day.
